What is CCP’s Collaborative Consulting Model?
Our consulting approach rests on relationships between consultants and organizational leaders, as we believe that a partnership offers the most effective leverage for change (Block, 2000). Client and consultant join together to take advantage of the knowledge and perspective each brings to the situation. Together we offer opportunities to build the capacity of client organizations in such areas as board development, strategic planning, organizational change, communication, and team building.
